With 25 years experience working with global brands at scale and making products that have never been made before, Joanne has gained a deep understanding of what it takes for teams to be creative and innovate at this scale. We blend coaching and design thinking with creative facilitation and innovation mindset: a truly powerful combination.

While TeamGLUE is primarily London-based, we work with clients around the globe.

We offer creative culture design, team building and innovation workshops.

It begins with an initial discovery call with the founder or leader of the project to help get clear on the initial brief, followed up with a strategy call with other key stakeholders. After this, we’ll finalise the time of engagement, cost and the critical path of deliverables, as well as project on and off-boarding.

Between 1 month and 6 months, depending on the scale of engagement.
