We believe that coaching can be the transformative antidote to dreaded ‘blank paper’ syndrome!
With 25 years experience working with global brands at scale and making products that have never been made before, Joanne has gained a deep understanding of what it takes for teams to be creative and innovate at this scale. While TeamGLUE is primarily London-based, we work with clients around the globe.
We offer design direction, design and facilitation of design sprints and hackathons, public speaking (both inspirational and mini workshops), team purpose and culture design, and features on creative podcasts.
It begins with an initial discovery call with the founder or leader of the project to help get clear on the initial brief, followed up with a strategy call with other key stakeholders. After this, we’ll finalise the time of engagement, cost and the critical path of deliverables, as well as project on and off-boarding.
This depends on the scale and size of the project. This will either be a daily rate or retainer, or we offer full bespoke project packages.
Yes, absolutely. Our human-centred approach means it’s key we get to know you and the challenges yourself or your team are facing on a personal and human level, which is why a discovery call is the perfect place to start.
